MORE THAN A DECADE OF EXPLORING TOGETHER
What began as a circle of airline colleagues has grown into a community of crew members and friends. Our journeys across Asia, Europe, and the South Pacific have brought people together through discovery and celebration. In 2025, we marked CFTG’s tenth anniversary in Manila.
Meet The Founder
RAFAEL HERNANDEZ, FOUNDER AND LEAD COORDINATOR
An airline flight attendant with a passion for travel and bringing people together, Rafael adds a personal touch to every CFTG journey. Working closely with local partners, he coordinates comfortable stays, cultural experiences, and distinctive celebrations while helping travelers feel welcome. His goal is to share the joy of discovery and build friendships that continue beyond each trip.
